Friends’ star shows off his beard - and directing debut
Loading ...Last night in New York City, David Schwimmer - who used to patrol these streets as a cast member of “Friends” - was now the returning hero as a big-budget Hollywood movie director.
Schwimmer’s film, “Run Fatboy Run,” features “Fuzz” and “Shawn of the Dead” star Simon Pegg and the best part of “Crash,” Thandi Newton. The opening last night in NYC allowed a now-bearded Schwimmer to show off another side of himself, including this hideous beard. Many an actor have successfully made the switch from acting on television to directing in film. The most successful: Oscar-winner Ron Howard. He didn’t have a beard, though.
