New Kids on the Block tour dates!
Flashback: 1988. Your dear writer, in all her tween awkward glory, is tucked in the nosebleed section of the Mid-Hudson Civic Center with two cousins, a very brave aunt, and 20,000 screaming, hormone-fueled she-monsters. We were prepared with our homemade “I Love Jordan” tee shirts and a sneaky (and rather perverse, now that I think about it) plan to get backstage, but said aunt put her foot down on that pretty quickly.
I was lovin’ New Kids on the Block 4-eva.
And I will still cut you if you go near my man Jordan.
