The merely modestly talented Balthazar Getty and Sienna Miller have been flaunting their affair all over Europe for the last month, with pics popping up of him being a great pal and helping her out with her monthly breast exam. Problem? He’s married. With four kids. And he was denying an affair despite the photographic proof. Until now.

“The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved. In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further.”

Bull, says a source close to the couple. “Balthazar was 100 per cent not separated from her when he started dating Sienna. Rosetta is heartbroken. She has an eight-month-old baby and three other kids with Balthazar.”

Now that same sex marriage is legal in California, I’m gonna take me a road trip, get hitched to Britney, somehow have a kid or two with her (haven’t figured that part out yet), then divorce her and reap a big payout. It’s the American dream! A dream that KFed is living right now.

Since the custody settlement this morning, KFed’s child support just got bumped up from $15,000 to $20,000 a month. His lawyer is getting $250,000 for brokering the deal. Britney is getting peace and quiet to enjoy her “purple drank.”

The thirty-eight-year old talented actress is engaged to a Swiss multi-millionaire (as in not just a millionaire but check that, he’s a “multi” man) Arpad “Arki” Busson.

Uma stated to the UK’s Sunday Times Style magazine, ”I’m going to have to retract my statement of never,” she says. “I’ll have to eat my words,  what a surprise.” Plus, the article notes her 8-plus carat center diamond ring (can we say bling? Seriously that’s one heckuva rock!) apparently makes it difficult for her hand to get through the sleeve of her coat.

After apparently visiting Madonna at midnight at her posh pad in Gotham, A-Rod is deflecting rumors that there’s a little tryst in the works with the Material Girl.

Their reps are saying it’s a mere coincidence and they’re friends and have crossed paths, yada yada. He recently saw her in concert, she recently sat in his seats at the stadium. Hmmmm…can we say booty call?

Everyone send a thank you card to Christie Brinkley today. Because of her, we will be supplied with gossip for months! Christie has asked for all court documents and records, including transcripts, from her pending divorce to Peter Cook be made public.

Christie left Peter when she discovered he was carrying on an affair with an 18-year-old girl who worked at a toy store the family, including the couple’s two youngest children, often frequented. Since then, a source says, Christie found out that Peter was addicted to internet porn and regularly visited the websites of swingers clubs seeking partners. Scandalous!

There’s a reason why Denise Richards’ reality show stinks: because it’s a big, fat lie. Denise has said repeatedly on the show that she did not break up the marriage of her bestie Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora, that she and Richie only started dating after he and Heather broke up and she and Heather hadn’t been friends for months before that.

But insiders say every word that comes out of Denise’s mouth is a lie.

“Heather has phone records that prove Denise was calling Richie while Heather was still married to him. Heather was such a good friend to Denise. She gave Denise clothes and offered her a shoulder to cry on when she and [now ex-husband] Charlie [Sheen] split up - there are even photos in the press of Heather taking Denise out after she and Charlie split. And then a few weeks later - not months - Denise starts dating Richie. For Denise to claim that not only did she not initiate contact with Richie but that she and Heather weren’t friends for three months before she took up with him, well, that’s just absurd and an outright lie. Denise also claims she’s still friends with Richie - which is not true. He doesn’t speak to her at all.”

Former ex of Ellen DeGeneres, Anne Heche, reached a divorce settlement from her former husband Coley Laffoon.

As for the bucks?

She agreed to pay him a lump sum of $275,000 and $3,700 per month in child support for their six year-old son. In addition, she’s supposed to pay three-quarters of their son’s private school tuition and half of his extra-curricular activities.
