An Ecuadorean skincare clinic called Xiomara Coronado Beauty Center has recently launched a controversial ad campaign featuring digitally enhanced images of Angelina Jolie and Paris Hilton. The photos illustrate what the high profile celebrities will look like in the coming years if they neglect proper skincare and sun protection.

The results are utterly disturbing. Maybe this will prompt Paris to reconsider those frequent trips to the tanning salon? Yeah, right. With continued advancement in cosmetic surgery, it’s doubtful that either of these gorgeous ladies will ever end up like this.

Though the girl’s certainly not above screwing with the public just for kicks, Paris Hilton showed up yesterday at a press conference in NYC wearing what looks like an engagement ring. As one would expect of an heiress, we’re talking rocks, not a rock.

Here’s how her left hand looked yesterday as she was introducing her new line of hair extensions, her latest little business partnership — this one with Sally Beauty Supply.

Here’s Paris Hilton — who had just been at the Ivy restaurant in Beverly Hills to celebrate Mother’s Day (2006) — trying to figure out how to work the big bad gas machine thing… just like the poor people do!

Nah, actually, the story goes that the card reader had some problem with her (black BofA) debit card. But she talked to the cashier dude, worked it out, and got herself some gas.

Paris Hilton, awash in celebrity friends, is seeking a new one and MTV thought it could help. Hilton and the network held a press conference March 13 and SheKnows was given access to the inside scene kicking off the network and the heiress’ latest reality show.

At an undisclosed mansion in the Hollywood Hills, the press were taken to a lavish announcement party that greeted guests with a giant pink MTV logo. By the way, pink was everywhere, which was fabulous because I could think of no other color that would have further enhanced Paris’ big night.

Oh, look at these two. This picture positively gives us chills!

Unfortunately, it’s not because the couple is so adorably lovey-dovey… but because Paris Hilton and Benji Madden look about as warm as one of Britney’s venti frappuccinos.

I’m sure they’re having a blast pretending to be a couple — probably seeing how many media outlets will buy the story that they’re in love. Maybe there will even be an engagement or pregnancy rumor or two!

If you’re Paris Hilton, there is no better place on earth. That city loves the bright light she brings to the strip… in the form of photographer’s flashbulbs.

Pure Nightclub was the locale, and The Pussycat Dolls provided the soundtrack — yet for a pair who has shown up for events in their fair share of burlesque outfits, the birthday red carpet photo speaks more to Pattycake than Pussycat.

Pure, indeed.

Paris Hilton was locked up for most of the month of July 2007 at the Century Regional Detention Facility. She looks all glammed up in her mugshot pic, because she reported to jail right after she stopped by the MTV Movie Awards earlier that evening. That’s planning, girl!

Let’s just imagine — a hypothetical situation, if you will — that we inhabited a world in which Paris Hilton was a Respected Actress… at least as respected as Rebecca “Mystique” Romijn, anyhow. That means no immediate and complete disdain for the heiress most famous simply for being famous.

So here’s the setup: Rebecca was snapped all dotty on January 17th in Las Vegas, while Paris wore her dots for MTV’s TRL on January 29th. Which one of them most rocks in the dots?
