Remember comedian Andy Dick?

Well, now you may want to check out his mug shot since he was arrested on drug and sexual battery charges. He was very inebriated when he was arrested and later released on $5,000 bail from the jail. Officers responded to a call referencing a man urinating and creating a disturbance outside a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Murrieta, California.

He allegedly ran up behind a teenage girl and pulled down her tube top. Not so funny, Andy.

Nick Hogan (real name Nick Bollea) is serving a skimpy eight-month jail sentence resulting from a horrendous car accident that left his friend in a coma, basically living as a vegetable. Now Nick is crying to mommy about how rough he’s got it in prison.

A Florida radio station got ahold of taped phone conversations between Nick and his mother in which he’s complaining about how rough he’s got it. Keep in mind that Nick is being held in a private cell because of threats received from the general prison population, so he never has to deal with anyone but himself and the guards.

Nick Bollea: “Had I known this, I would have rather gone to trial or I would rather, you know, appeal the case or something. I can’t deal with this for eight months. It’s like the size of my bathroom.”

Linda Bollea: “Oh!”

Nick: “No windows or nothing. Just one little top bed thing.”

Linda: “Oh my God!”

Nick: “All you do is sit there and think, and there’s nothing to think about.”

Linda: “We’ll get through it.”

Nick: “Yeah.”

Linda: “Prove to everyone you’ve learned your lesson and be more careful.”

Nothing to think about??? How about pondering the fact that your stupid, careless, selfish actions left a kid, who was supposedly your best friend, in a persistent vegetative state that he doesn’t get to escape in eight months? Cry me a river.

USA Today ran this ad, uh, today, from the American Beverage Institute using Lindsay Lohan’s mugshot to make a point against ignition interlocks in vehicles.

While this is hilarious, particularly in light of the recent sightings of a post-rehab Linsday boozing it up in NYC with party partner Samantha Ronson, lawyers for the actress are not quite as amused as we are, and are looking into whether or not this ad violates copyright law.

“USA TODAY is idiotic for running such an irresponsible advertisement, suggesting that drinking and driving is some kind of American “tradition” we should protect. Not identifying that this ad was paid for by the liquor industry is profoundly reckless.

Drunk, old, white businessmen, drunk cougars out for girls night out, and drunk wedding parties should be kept off the roads of America. Lindsay Lohan fully endorses ignition interlock devices that have been well-proven to save lives.”

Pssst… Who wants to tell the ABI they spelled her name wrong?

Guess that whole rehab thing didn’t exactly pan out. Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora got a DUI in Laguna Beach, CA last night — and his daughter Ava was in the car with him! So now he also faces child endangerment charges.

Richie refused a breathalyzer and demanded a blood test instead (smart guy; they have to bring you down to the station for that and by that time your BAC is lower), and the results won’t be back until next week.

The phone at Heather Locklear’s lawyer’s office is ringing off the hook, yo.

Dawn Wells, who played Mary Jane Mary Ann on Gilligan’s Island, was arrested after a three-hour tour birthday party for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.

Wells was arrested last October, but was sentenced on February 29 and served a five day jail stint, paying a fine of $410.50. She is now on probation for six months after pleading guilty on the charges.

Cops saw Wells swerving and speeding before pulling her over. “I exited my patrol vehicle and immediately was able to smell a strong odor of burning marijuana,” Teton County sheriff’s Deputy Joseph Gutierrez wrote in his report. “As I approached the vehicle I noticed all four window (sic) of the vehicle were lowered and the female driver was not wearing a jacket.”

Deputy Gutierrez searched the car and found three half-smoked joints. That’s a waste of good weed! Another search after Wells’ arrest netted cops a fourth, plus two small weed storage cases.

Wells’ excuse was that she had picked up some hitchhikers but kicked them out when they started smoking something funny. Her lawyer says a friend of Wells told him he left the drugs in the car when he borrowed it earlier that day. The lawyer also says Wells was swerving because she was trying to find the heating controls in her new car.

Believe that and I’ve got an island to sell you.

The arresting officers have released actress Bai Ling’s mugshot from her arrest Thursday at LAX airport for shoplifting.

As SheKnows Dirty Laundry reported soon after it happened, the frequent fashion violator found herself violating laws of another kind.

Celeb booking shots seem to be replacing Annie Leibovitz as the photograph to have for a successful run in Hollywood.

And then the blonde-haired Nicole Richie photo is from August 2007, when she went to serve her jail sentence (which topped out at just under an hour and a half). She was actually pregnant at the time — not like you would ever be able to tell from this pic, though!
