Batman actor Christian Bale was questioned by British police Monday after his mother and sister accused him of assault. Of course, In England you can just yell at someone and that’s considered assault, and from what we’re hearing, that’s most likely what happened.

But just last Friday Bale was on the set of “Terminator 4” at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico, and freaked out on his director in the middle of a scene. Spies say that Christian went nuts when he thought the director messed up a shot, screaming, “I will kick you ass!” Several hundred people heard the outburst.

The source added that Bale was “extremely tired and having a bad day.”

Actor Patrick Swayze was spotted at LAX looking surprisingly well for someone suffering from a particularly nasty bout of pancreatic cancer. When the paps asked about his prognosis, Swayze said, “I’m cookin’. I’m a miracle dude! I don’t know why.”

Patrick was spotted at LAX on his way to Chicago to begin filming his new TV show “The Beast.”

She was nominated for an Emmy! As for an ironic twist of fate: her nomination came for her funny and faux affair with Matt Damon which aired on Kimmel’s show that was represented in song, “I’m (beep) Matt Damon.”

Remember comedian Andy Dick?

Well, now you may want to check out his mug shot since he was arrested on drug and sexual battery charges. He was very inebriated when he was arrested and later released on $5,000 bail from the jail. Officers responded to a call referencing a man urinating and creating a disturbance outside a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Murrieta, California.

He allegedly ran up behind a teenage girl and pulled down her tube top. Not so funny, Andy.

When a gal still owes a record label millions of dollars in sales from an album that doesn’t seem to be appearing any time soon, said label will do whatever it takes to ensure their cash cow delivers — even if it means locking her up for her own good!

Amy Winehouse has effectively been out under house arrest by her label after admitting to sneaking drugs into rehab. “There is also a security guard stationed outside her house around the clock to vet any undesirables,” said a source. “From now on there’ll be no more waifs and strays - or fans - coming into her place, wreaking havoc.

“Crucially, they don’t want known drug dealers coming anywhere near her.

“Amy has to give them names of people expected. Anyone who turns up uninvited will be sent packing. It’s for her own good.”

The press release may have said Heather Locklear entered a treatment center for anxiety and depression, but the real scoop is quite different.

Heather checked in to Sierra Tucson last week for her addiction to painkillers, and alcohol abuse. A family insider revealed, “Over the years, she’s had in-home detox sessions with a nurse, but none of it has ever worked.”

This puts a whole new spin on everything! Her divorce! The end of her friendship with Denise Richards! Richie and Denise hooking up! Could it all be Heather’s fault?

Karma is no chameleon for Boy George. He’s been banned from playing planned US concert dates, including a thank you concert to the New York sanitation department, because of that pesky little felony trial he has coming up in London. All he did was chain a male prostitute to the wall of his apartment. Worse goes on in the Olsen twins house every weekend.

Georgie is not happy about this decision and said:

“There are a number of public figures who are openly using drugs and they have no problem with immigration and I have seriously turned my life around and I feel great right now and this is just another reminder of how bad things were. I committed a crime and I happily paid the consequences and I should be allowed to move on and get on with what I do best and that is performing and making people dance and cry!”

We all know this is just retribution for the UK not letting Martha Stewart in.

We told you earlier this week that Amy Winehouse was rushed to the hospital, where she was being kept under observation after a fainting spell in her home. Doctors now believe they have a diagnosis: an irregular heartbeat.

Why would she have an irregular heartbeat? Crack, of course.

A doctor told The Sun, “Crack narrows blood vessels and raises pressure. It is toxic to the heart muscle, causing an irregular beat. A heart attack is one of the most common ways for the drug to kill.”

Amy’s family is looking into getting a court order to keep her in the hospital against her will, because they fear it is her last best chance to get off drugs for good.
