Jennifer Butler Murray, wife of Bill Murray for more than ten years, says in divorce request papers filed May 12 that the actor beat her, cheated on her and abandoned her. Oh, and he also is addicted to pot, sex and booze, she says. Sounds like a catch!

According to the court report, Jennifer stated that she moved out of the couple’s home that they shared with their four kids in 2006 to escape Bill’s abuse, and that in November 2007 Bill “hit his wife in the face and then told her she was ‘lucky he didn’t kill her.’ ”

Jennifer is asking for a restraining order and a re-examination of the couple’s prenup, which stipulated she would receive $7 million in case of divorce.

Nicole Kidman says there is no way in Oz she is posing nude to show off her baby bump. Rumor had it that Nic was going to take it all off for a magazine shoot by famed photographer Patrick Demarchelier.

“It’s total nonsense. It was not that kind of a shoot. It’s madness to think I did that or was even asked to do that. I’m just looking forward to having and caring for our baby.”

OMG she is totally having a Robo Baby like Suri Cruise! She can’t pose with a bare belly because then we’ll see the pillow she’s using to fake it while Robo Kidman is being assembled! But she can still Botox.

Do you guys remember that very special episode of Diff’rent Strokes where Arnold was talked into going to that “photographer’s” house who tried to take naked pictures of him, but Arnold escaped barely (hahahaha “barely”, naked pics, get it???) and the moral of the story was that kids should not let strangers take naked pictures of them?

Cate Blanchett seems to have missed that episode.

She and 40 others are supporting photographer Bill Henson after the Australian Prime Minister said the photog might face criminal charges for an exhibit featuring naked underage girls. Upwards of 20 photos were confiscated by police, including one of a nude 13-year-old and another featuring a naked, unconscious young girl being carried by two other naked peeps.

But Cate thinks this is a horrid censor of art. A letter to the Prime Minister signed by the actress — herself a mother of three — says:

The potential prosecution of one of our most respected artists…does untold damage to our culture reputation,” the letter said. “We suggest that the… criminalisation of laying charges against Mr Henson, his gallery and the parents of the young people depicted in his work would be far more traumatic for the young people concerned than anything Mr. Henson has done.”

How did this guy convince the girls to get naked? When I was 13 I wouldn’t let my own mother see me change clothes.

“I don’t know what she is with her stage name,” new hubby Pete Wentz said of his new wife to Ryan Seacrest. “That’s all up to her. I don’t think she’s decided that yet. But legally, she’s a Wentz, yes.”

But Ashlee confirmed to People that she’ll go the semi-traditional route. “I think that that’s something that a woman should do when they’re marrying a man. It’s a tradition that I think is a great tradition.”

Just when we thought Georgie Boy was getting close to tying the knot, he fakes us out and breaks up with the gorgeous girl he’s been with for a year. Yes: George Clooney is single again (and though we don’t know the circumstances behind their split, we suppose his former paramour, Sarah Larson, is single, too).

The stars were out in New York City last night to celebrate the arrival of the most anticipated film of the decade. Yes, I said it…the decade. “Sex and the City: The Movie” has arrived on American shores!

The Fab Four had their moment in the spotlight last night at Radio City Music Hall as they walked the pink carpet and looked fabulous!

No one could be prouder of this film than star and producer Sarah Jessica Parker.

Super secret inside sources at the CW confirm that Tori Spelling will indeed reprise her role as Donna Martin on the new 90210!

Tori won’t be a series regular, but she will appear in the pilot and several times throughout the season. Donna is now the owner of one of the hottest clothing boutiques in Beverly Hills, where many of the new young high school characters shop.

But is she still married to David Silver? And is the female character named Silver actually Erin Silver, the half-sister of both David and Kelly? Inquiring minds want to know!

Though suffering from pancreatic cancer — pretty much the worst cancer one can have — Patrick Swayze is still out and about, traveling and buying jewels for his wife.

In a statement to his fans through People, Swayze said:

“Thought I’d give you guys a little update. Lisa and I have been back and forth from New Mexico enjoying the arrival of spring and new baby calves. This past weekend, we spent a fun time with friends in Reno for Lisa’s birthday, where I took her jewelry shopping at Kenny G & Company and (we) were able to find her something really special and much deserved! In the meantime, I am continuing treatment at Stanford and the great news is I continue to respond well.”

No cancer puts Swayze in a corner!
